McDaniel Center

The McDaniel Center is home to Team Kadena’s First Term Airmen Center (FTAC), Career Assistance Advisor, and all of our Professional Development Programs. Our facility was dedicated in honor of MSgt William L. McDaniel II (12 Jun 65 – 22 Feb 02) on 19 November 2004. The mission of the McDaniel Center is to educate, motivate, and inspire people to be the best version of themselves through personal and professional development. The vision of the McDaniel Center is to be the best deliberate development program for our leaders of today and tomorrow.
