OUR MISSION
To plan, promote, and execute on-base events for Airmen to give an alternate and safer option. This team’s goal is to bring down the base-wide DUI/ARIs and positively impact the lives of Airmen.
Dates: June 1 – 7, 2026 (No class on Friday, June 5)
Application Window: Now through June 30, 2026 (or until slots are filled)
Location: Kadena Marina
The Airmen of Kadena (AOK) will sponsor five junior enlisted Airmen (E-1 through E-4) to earn their Open Water Scuba Certification through Kadena Marina.
This is a fully supported opportunity to gain a valuable skill, build confidence in the water, and experience scuba diving in Okinawa.

- Equipment rental for the duration of training
