Bundles for Babies

Join us for our quarterly Bundles for Babies – an Air Force Aid Society sponsored workshop, hosted by the Military and Family Readiness Center. The workshop will feature presentations on several topics, from budgeting for your baby, exploring local resources, and programs and services provided by installation helping agencies. Eligible Kadena AFB participants will receive a monetary gift of $150 towards the purchase of baby items. Per AFAS, eligible service members include active-duty Air Force, Space Force, and Navy/Marine and Coast Guard service members assigned to Kadena Air Base expecting a child or with a newborn up to 2 months old.

For eligible families, the following steps must be completed within 30 days of your class attendance to receive the monetary gift.

• Visit https://portal.afas.org to complete an application under Community Programs: Bundles for Babies
• Sponsor must complete application. If Spouse is applying, Power of Attorney (POA) is required with the application
• Certificate will be given to participant at the end of the workshop. Upload a signed copy of the certificate within 30 days of class attendance
• Upload a copy of Sponsors Military Identification Card (ID) front and back. If Spouse is applying with a POA, upload Dependent ID card front and back
