The Priorities, in alignment with DAFI 36-2685, our responsibility is to oversee, coordinate, and execute professional development programs at installation level. Our programs include seminars, 1-on-1 career counseling and unit visits designed to prepare service members for increased responsibilities. Delivery of these courses is managed by Development Advisors, industry experts, and certified facilitators who leverage technology to ensure accessibility and reach a geographically dispersed audience. This approach guarantees comprehensive development opportunities across all locations, enhancing the readiness and competence of service members.
